extensive loss of structure, equipment of material.

Class “B” - A condition or practice likely to cause serious injury/illness, resulting temporary

disability or property damage that is disruptive but less severe than Class “A”.

Class “C” - A condition or practice likely to cause minor nondisabling injury/illness and/or non

disruptive damage.

S16	Mile 67.98	Glen Echo resort crossing has a new private crossing arm on the south side of the track which is activated by a code. On the north side there are no signs or a gate. There is a possibility of the public being on the crossing with their vehicle before activating the gate while southbound. Recommend signs, another gate on north side or key pad on the north side to leave the resort.	AB	A
