letter re concern about the sanitary conditions on locomotives |

Koutroumanos reported MS Golden perform a thorough trimming of coal MT’s
going to the mines. On their return
the loaded movement, MS performs a quick trimming. These are the only MS services on the
BCI. Other trains going across the
Service Area are handled at either Alyth or Coquitlam depending on their
origin. These trains by-pass Golden
and are therefore not serviced by MS on the BCI. Bulletin will be issued locally. Tim S & Bob G

requested Committee forward their recommendations with regard to what needs
