Adherence to Core Values

Meeting values will be assessed based on discipline received for each behavioral infraction. For 1 values related violation, 1 % will be subtracted from the total PIP for that behavioral violation. Additional violations will compound the subtracted amount from the award. See table below. All RTC are expected to demonstrate the core values.

Train delivery performance – Each RTC will be measured on IOP compliance as per the percentage of compliance based on whether a train is delivered early/late to the next service area compared to scheduled clock time. RTCs who work multiple service areas will be measured on the multi service area targets.

Three   Call Figure Participation*

Participation using the RTC Lineup Call Figure column in Nexus from March thru to end of 2007  - 85% usage  through Q2 and Q3 to a  graduated usage of 95% by end of Q4. (Alyth and Portal  times exempt until further notice)
