Re: TCRC MWED picket lines
Dear Sirs,
This refers to our recent conversations regarding the
pending strike by the Teamsters
In order to minimize the need for employees to cross picket lines for other than to report for duty as required by collective agreement, this will confirm that Running Trades employee investigations and joint union/management meetings (including pre-departure meetings delivered by union representatives) will be relocated off the property and/or re-scheduled to every extent possible where picket lines are in place on the date and time that an investigation or meeting is scheduled to occur. If a TCRC-MWED picket line is not in place, we expect that employees and/or union representatives will attend investigations and joint union/management meetings as originally planned.
