MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT

Everyone,

Here is a copy of the signed memorandum of settlement that will be going out to the members for ratification. There will probably be a concise version to accompany the vote package but its best if the local executive reads through this document first so they have enough detail to answer any questions from the members. Please forward this freely and get it on the property for the members to see.

There is an agreement for Revelstoke as well but it does not form part of this settlement even though it was discussed at the main table. It will be a local rule and I need to discuss it with local management and the other LC’s before we put anything out.
