Agreement in principle with Canadian National Railway

Teamsters Canada Rail Conference is pleased to announce they have reached a tentative agreement in principle with Canadian National Railway.

A strike by 1750 locomotive engineers, scheduled to begin at 0001 hours, Wednesday, May 18, 2005, has been averted. Please advise all Brothers and Sisters of this development ASAP.

More details on the tentative agreement to follow tomorrow.
