AGREED PRACTICE IN EFFECT AT REVELSTOKE, B.C., BETWEEN 
CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILWAY AND THE BROTHERHOOD OF LOCOMOTIVE ENGINEERS DIVISION 657


 
  This Agreed Practice is effective May 15, 2000 and supersedes all previous agreements in regards to work rules for Locomotive Engineers working on the Rocky Mountain passenger excursion train.

This Agreed Practice shall be incorporated into the existing Local Rules and shall remain in effect until revised or terminated on sixty (60) days written notice by either party to the other.

AGREED PRACTICE #6 - ROCKY MOUNTAIN

It is agreed that:

On the Shuswap Subdivision, the Locomotive Engineer will be paid 153 miles per tour of duty, at Conductor - Only Freight rates, article 1(d) for freight services and article 1(h) shall apply.

On the Mountain Subdivision, the Locomotive Engineer will be paid 148 miles per tour of duty, at Conductor - Only Freight rates, article 1(d) for freight services and article 1(h) shall apply.

On the Mountain Subdivision, it is agreed that the Locomotive Engineer, on Sunday only, shall be deadheaded by taxi to Field, to connect with and protect their assigned train.

On the Mountain Subdivision, it is agreed the Locomotive Engineer, on Friday only, at the completion of there tour of duty in Field, shall immediately be deadheaded home by taxi.
